New Italian head chef creates dishes at customers request using their favourite ingredients

Soho’s most decadent and exclusive Gentleman’s club; The Windmill International has a new Italian Head Chef who is impressing all of the customers with his authentic Italiano recipes.

The new chef, Titto Lorenzo is happy to create tailor made dishes with the customer’s favourite ingredients upon their request. Allowing guests to eat exactly whatever they are craving to dine on, whilst at the club. His Italian roots enable him to create fresh, tasty Italian classics.

Diners are invited to tell the chef their preferred flavours and ingredients and then a specially designed dish is created uniquely for them.

The boss said;

“We will do it, just like you like it. A delightful fresh pasta, olive, tomato and drizzle of oil plate was created for one guest and not a morsel was left on the plate. My pleased customer told me ‘It tasted, simply beautiful’.”

Everything is made possible for customers at the Windmill restauanrt and that now includes the food the guests fancy. Italian inspired meals and nibbles can be requested throughout the entire evening at anytime whilst customers can still enjoy the company of 100’s of London’s finest international dancers.

The new ‘no menu’ policy allows for total freedom for diners. Fresh ingredients are picked by the customer and a unique dish is prepared specifically for them.Large groups are welcomed and there is a private dining room ideal for corporate hospitality and client entertaining events. Businesses can apply for a Corporate Membership card which will entitle their employees to complimentary entrance to the club.
