The Ultimate Guide to Strip Clubs for First-Timers

March 22, 2019
Strip Club First-Timers Having Fun

The idea of going to your first strip club can seem pretty daunting – but it doesn’t have to be!

So, to help all you beginners out there have the best experience, the Windmill International has put together our very own ultimate guide to strip clubs for first-timers.

Dress to Impress

If you’re struggling to think of what you should wear to a strip club, then you should treat it like you do any other night out.

You should dress to impress, so smart-casual is the best route to take here. No shorts or jogging bottoms. This also means hygiene should be one of your top priorities. You’ll find yourself getting more dances if you look and smell clean.

Know the Rules!

Make sure you find out what the rules are and that you stick to them. Every club has its own, so it’s worth researching before you go. The Windmill International’s rules can be found here.

Respect Personal Information

Whatever you do, do not ask dancers for personal information such as their name and phone number. Most dancers want to keep their private lives separate from their work and are not there to date you.

Don’t take their photo either, as this will go against the strip club rules and you will be asked to leave.

Be Polite

Be a gentleman. Remember that you’re more likely to get the dancers’ attention if you treat them with respect. Buy them a drink and be courteous if you want a private dance. If a dancer asks you for a table dance and you are not interested, turn her down politely.

Whether it’s the bartenders, floor host or security, it doesn’t hurt to be polite with all members of the staff. You never know, they might let you in on some insightful tips and tricks of their own.

Avoid Staying in Big Groups

Big groups can be intimidating for a lot of performers. If you do come with a large group of friends, simply split up and make yourself more visible to the dancers.

Remember that you should all be spending money. Don’t let that responsibility all fall to one person (even if he is the husband-to-be).

Enjoy Yourself!

Remember that you’re there to have fun! It can all seem a bit overwhelming at first, but once you settle in and make yourself comfortable, you’ll be having the time of your life.
